It works like this.
If email support has not solved your problem, I will give you a number via email to call.
Once you have called this number and I have identified you via your email address and specific technicalissue, which I will ask for for verification purposes, I will then call you back to save your phone bill.

If I am unavailable, your call will be taken via an answerphone. Please choose the technical support option from the options list. Leave me a message and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

I reserve the right, if I cannot solve your issue, to advise you to get other assistance from your computer manufacturer or vender.
